Each forklift that we use here at Ferguson has been assigned a specific vendor to perform both routine preventative maintenance and respond when we inform them of any other issues. You requesting service generates an emailed dispatch to that vendor that you'll be CC'd on. The email will include a phone # in case your matter is urgent.
If you have issues with, questions about or want to change your maintenance vendor, please first consult with your Asset or Operations Manager, and then reach out to the Fleet Department to request any changes.

Each district and business unit will have their own process, procedure and authorized associates when it comes to ordering new and or replacement equipment. Specs, pricing, and the ordering system itself live on Fleet's Pipeline site. Please be aware you will need to use your company SSO to access this page.

Forklifts that have fulfilled their usefulness to us should be sold via Ferguson's network of wholesalers, where all proceeds will return to the branch. Please wait until after you new unit has been delivered and you ensure its viability within your operation before retiring the previous lift.
Retirement submissions can be handled via our Pipeline site.
Direct sales are strictly prohibited to other companies or individuals that would operate the equipment, our customers or fellow associates. That said, any party may always register to participate in auctions to bid on our equipment.
